Jason

Nice work on the outlets.

You can't have too many tools or too many outlets in your shop area.

Do want to get working on the TV shelf but now started a needed restaining of the house.

I have an old Sony 20" tube type also. She still works great, a little heavy though. Want to get my garage tunes set up for my grandkids and me to enjoy. Hope to build shelves for stereo under TV.

^ thanks!

ya i agree, the wife hates that i got so many, says i dont "need" them, but oh man, i do!!!

sorry for all the mess in the pics........those pics were taken as the garage plugs were being done, so crap was everywhere while working to get the plugs done...

yeah, as for the TV, i just put a dvd player on top, i may add a shelf, but i just need to find time to get to doing that...its a good idea...as the dvd player on top is way to high!

Im working on getting some good speakers connected to the PC and using the pc to run some music..........but i did also get the Dewalt radio so that works too...

Also, got me a cool dart board yesterday!

Some more pics....
radio i got is just like this one:

Solar

Jason

How well do those screens block heat gain? Is your house facing south?

I wonder if a couple on garage windows may help?

oh man, I was skeptical, but the wifey wanted them.............turns out they make a hell of a difference.......

we get heat/sun from the side of the house and ironically thats where the bedrooms are located........coming home from a long day we could feel how hot the bedroom was in comparison to the living and great room........with the screens the house/bedrooms are way cooler!

Just follow the "how to guides" on http://www.qualitywindowscreen.com/

I found that site and luckily found they were in DFW, i bought all my frames from them because i wanted 1 inch wide.

I bought all the solar screen and spline and hand tools from home depot because it was way cheaper in the home depot rolls...

Thanks JASON,

I wonder if anyone has installed an automatic attic exhaust fan on their roof or gable and has it helped cool their garage?
