The wifes dad is giving me his old tool box.

I am estatic, i currently have a low end chest on rollers, with high end middle cabinet and than a low end top cabinet (the top and bottom were part of a cheap set).

My middle cabinet was my uncles, he is a pro engine builder/drag racer. Anyway they are filling up quick but now I have another middle/high end cabinet to add to the stack. I will take some pics of them in the next couple of days.

What a great item to receive as a hand-me-down. Is he simply done with it, or did he upgrade with something new?

So now just convince him to buy all sorts of other new stuff so you can inherit all the other stuff he doesn't want anymore....

Hah! Sly. But that's a really nice thing to hand down, I think. Take care of it and pass it along when you upgrade.

Here are some pics...

The top one is the new hand me down. The middle one is a my uncles... My one uncle gave it to another uncle and he isn't using it now so I have it. It is a really good toolbox.

The bottom caster cabinet is a cheap craftsman thing.

Looks like you have a family of givers. Sheesh, if I wanted a new toolbox for the garage I'd hvae to go BUY one.

I love the way it's all stickered up, btw. Keep adding to it ;)

The funny thing, ninikins, is that those stickers would drive me batty. I'd spend quite some time scraping them off.
