Hey all
I just got done today and I am exhausted but super happy on how the floor turned out.
I had contemplated whether to do VCT or overlay because of the pitting on the floor from road salt. In the end, I just did an industrial grade epoxy from Sherwin Williams.
It was a pain to apply but the result is nice. Can't wait to organize and put my garage back together. Check out the picks below:

We did our floor with ppg 2 part epoxy last year and it came out great. It also held up real well over the year and still looks like new.

This is our garage @ camp. we use the front half for storing the sleds and wheelers and the rear half we have futons , chairs , wood stove, dart board ect,,, for hanging out after the days ride. Having the floor finished makes it feel like another room and makes it real comfortable.
and of coarse a bar and fridge

Looks good considering the initial condition. What did you do for prep?
I only ask because of what looks like scaling and a weak surface.
Check out www.epoxyyourgaragefloor.com they have a pretty good discussion on prep, though not any pictures.
Later,

it looks liuek you had a lot of pitting and some surface crap so the florr was not very smooth. Did you fill in the pitting or scrape/sand/remove the stuff that raised over the surface or did you just clean and epoxy as is? Is the epoxy thick, did it sort of fill in the pitting or is it still visible?

believe it or not that floor is only 4 years old. it is a newly built cabin we have. the maks in the floor are from the snowmobile picks and are just @ the garage door area . the rest of the floor is perfect and pitched to a floor drain. the epoxy is thick and it did cover alot of the marks but you can still see them but no big deal. I recently built another garage for the toys so the on here will become living space..
