What do you guys have done to your garage floor?
Are they polished concrete floors or polished granite/marble flooring ?
I would very much like to see some pics of your garage.
Also do suggest me the best kind

You can always have a tiled floor as it looks very good and professional unless you are a racer and are too worried about your garage. This one is being praised by everyone.

Cocnrete floors are generally partially porous. Over a period of time you might have oil stains all over it without any cost effective remedy. Putting up tiled floors would ensure that oil stains are removed without any trace.

I plan on covering my garage flor with the 2 part epoxy. My real question is should I do this to the floor before I build on it, or after. Before would help protect the floor during the build.

I would say that I would probably wait until the structure was up and enclosed, to prevent deep scratches and the weather, prior to coating a floor. Especially yours since you are putting up a steel building. You would hate to see that nice new floor scarred from a post drug across the finished surface.

I used the cheap Valspar epoxy and don't like it at all after 2 years of use.
Am looking at the Armstrong tile as pictured above...was going to use the rolled coin rubber flooring but it was going to cost about 900.00 for a 2-car garage.
